How to Book
To reserve your room, use our new Online Booking System. However, we can also accept bank transfers. This payment will secure your room and is non-refundable. For any specific enquiries, please contact your local iQ.
You need to decide how you are going to pay for your accommodation - one payment for the year or split it per term (three instalments)? Monthly installments are available for our Edinburgh sites only. Use this helpful calculator to check you can afford it www.studentcalculator.org.uk.
To pay in installments, you need a UK based guarantor. However, if this is not possible, you can talk to your university about the possibility of them acting as a guarantor. If neither of these are suitable, please talk to us about other arrangements.
If you pay for the whole year in one installment, we do not need a guarantor and you will get 3% discount.
We will send your Tenancy Agreement via email so you can read the terms and conditions in your own time.
Moving In
You may arrive at a different time or date to the UK-based students, so let us know if this is the case. Wherever possible, we are happy to arrange a key collection service during the evenings and can even book a taxi to collect you and bring you to us. Just make sure you let us know in advance.

What to Expect
Once you arrive, you will receive the key to your room which will be your home for the next year. You will have your own ensuite shower room and if you are sharing a flat, you will have a kitchen/living area to share with your new flatmates. Make sure you spend lots of time in your kitchen at first so you can get to know your flatmates.
We put on lots of social events so you can meet the other people living at iQ and also have a communal Common Room with a TV so you can catch up on the news from around the world and meet new friends too.
Please call or email us with any questions or requests and we will do our very best to help you.
