What to expect when you move to iQ

Moving to a new country can be a daunting experience, but don’t worry, we’ll be here to help you settle in! We’ve got lots of international students living at all our sites so you won’t be alone either.

You’ll have access to all our social hubs with comfy seating, big screen TVs (complete with Sky) and often a pool table. The social hubs are a great place to meet friends when you move in.

Each iQ has a full social calendar with events to suit everyone, from movies nights to pool tournaments and pub quizzes to pub crawls. So whether you want to stay in for a night with us or take advantage of the great nightlife each of our cities has to offer - the choice is yours.

It’s my third year in at iQ Student Quarter. It’s my house in England, it’s a really good and beautiful place to live in. The staff are understanding and helpful, simply it’s the best place to live in Salford. It’s close to the university and to the shops (Spar & Subway), has very fast internet and we have washing machines on site with a Sky TV room and most importantly it's well secured 24/7.
