iQ Sheffield (Brocco) offers ensuite bedrooms, arranged in flats of 4, 5 and 6 rooms – a really sociable environment to start or continue your university life. We thoughtfully include all utilities, your contents insurance with Endsleigh, and a 4Mb Broadband connection so there are no nasty bills at the end of the month.

SHARED FLATS

Within one of a our shared flats you have your own private ensuite bedroom and share a kitchen/lounge area with your flat mates, which provides a great space for socialising and relaxing, whether its cooking up your favourite meal, chatting over a coffee or sharing something stronger!

This is a great way to meet people and to ensure that you start university life the way you mean to continue! Or, if you already have a group of friends that you would like to share with, why not do a group booking?

Ensuite bedrooms

Arranged within a flat of 4 - 6 bedrooms, all have an ensuite shower room, ample storage and a dedicated study area with plenty of space for all your books and loads of sockets for all your kit.

Shared kitchen/living area

The shared kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook up a feast! We provide an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer so all you need to do is fill the cupboards with your favourite nibbles.

Whether sharing a meal, or a drink , you can relax in the lounge area and enjoy socialising with your flat mates.

At iQ Sheffield (Brocco), you really are spoiled as we even provide each flat with its own hoover, iron and ironing board.

SOCIAL HUB

At iQ Sheffield (Brocco) our Social hub is the heart of the building, complete with a big screen, Sky TV, leather sofas and a seating area. You can also join in the wide range of social events organised by the Accommodation Team – a great way to meet new people and spend an evening.

OTHER FACILITIES

At iQ Sheffield (Brocco), we are really spoiling you! For 2010/11, you will receive a 4Mb broadband service provided by Ask4. If this isn't enough for you gadget fans, you can even upgrade to 20Mb or 50Mb broadband or even buy a handset to enable you to make high quality calls with competitive call rates from your laptop.

For your convenience, we have provided a laundry room that opens 24/7 as well as a secure bike store for all you fitness fanatics and environmentally friendly students.

ON SITE TEAM

The Accommodation Team not only look after the building, but are on hand to assist you – they are also a fountain of knowledge about the local area and can help you to get the most out of your stay with iQ. As you would expect we have an out of hours service so you're never left in limbo in an emergency.

Special Offer- book for 102 weeks and we'll fix the rent at 2010/11 prices for the second year.

Your booking is not secure until you have paid a deposit. The standard deposit for an ensuite room is £250. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. Once you move in, your deposit becomes a damage deposit which will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy, less any agreed charges where applicable.
