To suit different lifestyles and budgets, iQ Kingston offers a range of studios and ensuite rooms – some feature floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise the views and light. We thoughtfully include all utilities, your contents insurance with Endsleigh, and a 4Mb Broadband connection so there are no nasty bills at the end of the month.

SHARED FLATS

Within one of our shared flats you have your own private ensuite bedroom and share a kitchen/lounge area with your flat mates, which provides a great space for socialising and relaxing, whether its cooking up your favourite meal, chatting over a coffee or sharing something stronger!

This is a great way to meet people and to ensure that you start university life the way you mean to continue! Or, if you already have a group of friends that you would like to share with, why not do a group booking?

Ensuite Bedrooms

Arranged within a flat of 5 - 8 bedrooms, all have an ensuite shower room, ample storage and a dedicated study area with plenty of space for all your books and loads of sockets for all your kit. We even have some with twin beds – a great way to split the rent!

Our larger rooms all have double beds and give you that extra bit of space!

Shared kitchen/living area

The shared kitchens are fully equipped so you can cook up a feast! We provide an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer so all you need to do is fill the cupboards with your favourite nibbles.

Whether sharing a meal, a drink or watching TV, you can relax in the lounge area and enjoy socialising with your flat mates. Some flats benefit from views over the town or the river.

STUDIOS

Studios are ideal if you want to live in a self-contained apartment. Perhaps you are a 2nd or 3rd year or even a Postgraduate student wanting to enjoy the social atmosphere of iQ Kingston whilst having your own home to retreat to at the end of the day.

The studios are cleverly laid out to ensure you have dedicated space to study and relax, as well as prepare and eat your favourite meals. They are equipped with a kitchen area complete with a microwave, hob, and fridge – no excuses for a take-away!

All our studios have ample storage, an ensuite shower room, as well as a large desk with lots of space to study and plenty of sockets for all your IT and gadgets. Some of our studios have double beds.

SOCIAL HUB

At iQ Kingston, our Social Hub is the heart of the community with a big screen, pool table, Sky TV and leather sofas. You can also join in the wide range of social events organised by the Accommodation Team – a great way to meet new people and spend an evening.

OTHER FACILITIES

For your convenience, we have provided a laundry room that opens 24/7 as well as bike racks for all you fitness fanatics and environmentally friendly students.

ON SITE TEAM 

The Accommodation Team not only look after the building, but are on hand to assist you – they are also a fountain of knowledge about the local area and can help you to get the most out of your stay with iQ. As you would expect we have an out of hours service so you're never left in limbo in an emergency.

·                     All rents include utilities, contents insurance and 4Mb broadband package.

 

·                     Tenancies start on the following dates: 11^th September 2010. (Alternative move-in dates available by prior arrangement).

 

·                     If you pay annually in advance, you will receive a 3% discount.

 

                        Your booking is not secure until you have paid a deposit. The standard deposit for an ensuite room is £250 and for a studio £350. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. Once you move in, your deposit becomes a damage deposit which will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy, less any agreed charges where applicable.
