Why do our students love iQ?

What I like about IQ Five: The EXQUISITE student atmosphere and ENTHUSIASTIC manner of the staff. 

I like living at iQ because it is close to many fabulous places like Broad Street, Brindley Place and the Bull ring shopping Centre, The 24/7 security makes it a safer environment. The all weather sports pitch is one of the features I like best. The iQ staff are friendly and approachable.

I like living at iQ Bristol because it's easy to get to, relatively cheap compared to everywhere else and has modern rooms.

The best things about living at iQ are its quite a social place, lots of people around so you get to hang out a lot. It's also right next to the city centre so you can easy get to the shops.

I chose to live at iQ because I had a bad experience last year so I decided to view this place, it was brand new as only opened the year before. It was quite modern & easy to get to so I thought why not try this place.

I don't have to pay bills. Many of my friends have to pay bills and if you go over you get fined or even charged.

There's lots of accommodation in Bristol but compared to everywhere else iQ is good value, you get a lot of space for your money.

The free broadband is great. 6Mb is a decent speed, I don't get that much at home.

Its easy to get to uni, either I can walk it which will only take 10 to 15 minute walk or you can get the bus for which the stop is just over the road 

Living at iQ is brilliant. To know that you can come back from university and be in a safe and happy environment where everyone is very friendly is really comforting. The staff are so welcoming and do everything they can to make sure your experience at iQ is the best it can be. The rent is so easy, there's no messing around with different pieces of paper its just one figure at the end of the month, which means less to worry about. Most of the centre of Edinburgh is within walking distance and a great location for various social pubs, and clubs, and with a large social hub area, no shortage of people to hang out with.

iQ is definitely more of a home than I ever thought a student accommodation could be, and I have had such a good time living here and meeting new people. I RECOMMEND iQ TO EVERYONE!! 

I would definitely recommend IQ to anyone coming to University, it’s a welcoming environment which is a good way of meeting new people. The facilities are really good with the Social Hub with Sky TV and a PS3. The staff are always friendly and helpful and always make an effort to get to know you on a personal level. I liked it so much, I'm staying for a second year.

I enjoy living at iQ Edinburgh accommodation because it has very modern facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff make an effort to know everyone personally and are a great laugh to chat to! It's in a excellent location to the city as it's fairly central and has a Tesco a manageable crawling distance away. You won't be disappointed!

iQ Leeds is a great place to live. The accommodation is nice and the rooms are really big. The staff are really friendly and always very helpful. They are always very patient and considerate.

 iQ Leeds is simply BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve made really good friends and we have become very close, like a big family. We often gather round in the shared kitchens and eat together or play guitar.

I moved into iQ for my second year and from the moment I moved in the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a great atmosphere and vibe. Within three days of moving in, I’d already made friends with people on almost every floor!
I decided to head back to iQ for my final year after placement, simply because while you’re in your flat with your mates, it feels like your own place, but with the added security that comes with this type accommodation. It’s nice to know my stuff was always behind at least 2 locked doors at any time.

I have rebooked to live at iQ Nottingham because…. I like living so central in the city – It means I don’t have to pay travel expenses to get to college which makes a big difference in terms of finance. iQ is good value for money and the rooms are a good size and nicely decorated. Also the on-site team of staff are really helpful if you have problems. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student accommodation at a reasonable price

Very welcoming staff and facilities; beautiful and securely located courtyard; well designed communal area, (with Sky television) and laundry room. Friendly and approachable staff that are always willing to help. All in all a perfect place to live. Oh, and also the microwaves have a pizza button! That's right, pizza at the touch of a button, who'd have thought it hey, madness!

iQ Kopa unlike most of the other halls that you can find on campus has got the advantage that all the furniture, buildings, rooms and so on are modern. You haven't got any bad surprises, and if you have some problems the staff who are really really kind and friendly help you to solve the problem as fast as possible. As a conclusion I would advise anybody to come here.

It’s my third year in at iQ Student Quarter. It’s my house in England, it’s a really good and beautiful place to live in. The staff are understanding and helpful, simply it’s the best place to live in Salford. It’s close to the university and to the shops (Spar & Subway), has very fast internet and we have washing machines on site with a Sky TV room and most importantly it's well secured 24/7.

iQ Brocco is fantastically located, being in between the university and city centre, offering short walks to any place needed to go. The price is very good considering it is all inclusive allowing me to forget about bills.

 I’m living at IQ Steel this year and it’s great! It’s so close to all the amenities including Tesco! The building looks really good, and what I like best is the fact that it doesn’t feel like you’re living in student digs but an apartment. The bedrooms are really good sizes with lots of storage space, including a bigger than normal wardrobe which is pretty useful for all my clothes!

Other than it being in a great location, the staff working there are really helpful too. There are laundry facilities on site and also a common room with a huge TV! All in all, I would recommend to others that iQ is the place to be, especially for students of any year and studying whatever course, the mix of people you get living in iQ is great!”
