All iQ rents are fully inclusive with energy and utility bills as well as broadband and contents insurance all taken care of. You won't even have to pay council tax in our buildings.

The safety and security of our students is our number one priority. Every site has CCTV, secure key fob access and a round-the-clock staff presence.

We’re fully endorsed by ANUK the national body for accrediting Student Accommodation across the UK. They’ve done the checks so you don’t have to!

Every site has at least one central Social Hub with comfy seating, big screen TVs, Sky and often a pool table. The social hubs are a great place to meet friends, watch the football, cosy up with a film or just chill out. Each iQ has a full social calendar with events to suit everyone from movie nights to international nights and pub quizzes to pub crawls.
- On site maintenance
Our online maintenance portal means that you can log a fault any time of day and night and because all our maintenance teams are based on site, we fix the vast majority of issues within 24 hours.

I have lived at iQ Salford since it opened in 2007 (this is my third year!), and I have loved it. I feel completey safe here and really looked after by the staff. When I graduate in June I will really miss this place, and the great friends I have made here. I would recommend living in iQ Student Quarter to anyone – its student living, but in style!
