iQ BIRMINGHAM - Five
I Like living in iQ Five because it is in an excellent location for everything you need as a student. Including a 10 minute walk from Birmingham's Bull Ring Centre and Markets, a 5 minute train journey to University and a stones throw away from the famous Broad Street nightlife. The accommodation is also really sociable with helpful and friendly staff. Everything is clean and modern and most importantly, a fun place to live!
Eva Jenkinson, History of Art, University of Birmingham
What I like about IQ Five: The EXQUISITE student atmosphere and ENTHUSIASTIC manner of the staff.
Hassan Garba, BSc Geography, Staffordshire University
iQ SHEFFIELD - Brocco
iQ Brocco is fantastically located, being in between the university and city centre, offering short walks to any place needed to go. The price is very good considering it is all inclusive allowing me to forget about bills.
Andrew Smith, Chemical & Process Engineering, University of Sheffield
Brocco's service and support, both in and out of hours, has been consistently good ever since I arrived. That, along with the price and a great location has been a big help in making my time at university go smoothly.
Peter Smith-Keary, Theoretical Physics, University of Sheffield
iQ BRISTOL
Thank you for the pleasant experience, I'll make sure to recommend iQ for everybody I know.
Money well paid. Thanks once again.
Bassam Zahran, MSc. Communications Networks & Signal Processing
iQ KINGSTON - Wave
I’ve made really good friends and we have become very close, like a big family. We often gather round into the shared kitchens and eat together or play guitar.
Lefteris Sardis, Msc Networking and Data Connections, Kingston Uni
Onur Ozkol, Film Making MA, Kingston Uni
iQ LEEDS

iQ Leeds is a really good laugh, there is a great atmosphere and the staff are great.......... happy times.
Joe Mirtaheri, Sports Marketing & PR, Leeds Met
iQ NOTTINGHAM - Exchange
Moving to iQ Nottingham was a great decision, all the staff are friendly, helpful and the building is always clean and tidy. The apartments all have en-suite bathrooms and are large enough to be able to chill out with friends and you don’t feel trapped when your knuckling down to do some studying. The social hub has Sky TV and a pool table so you can either chill, play pool or watch a rugby or football game with your flat mates. iQ Nott’s is five minutes away from the city centre and a stone’s throw from the Trent Arena for those music lovers. If you like going to the gym, there's one right underneath the accommodation so no excuses not to go. I have made some great mates throughout my time at iQ and there is always something going on or someone who is up for a drinking session.
iQ Nottingham is an awesome place to live, a real home from home.
Andrew Charles Foster, BSc psychology with Criminology, Nottingham Trent Uni
I moved into iQ for my second year and from the moment I moved in the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a great atmosphere and vibe. Within three days of moving in, I’d already made friends with people on almost every floor!
I decided to head back to the iQ for my final year after placement, simply because while you’re in your flat with your mates, it feels like your own place, but with the added security that comes with this type accommodation. It’s nice to know my stuff was always behind at least 2 locked doors at any time.
Gareth Ford, Digital Media Technology BSc Degree, Final Year, Nottingham Trent
iQ Exchange Nottingham, has been a really great place to live, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic to help and keep you happy. The vibe in the general accommodation typifies student behavior, with it only being literally 2minutes from all the best clubs and about a 7minute walk to Trent, it's right in the heart of where any student needs to be.
Lauren Crosbie, 2nd year Law, Nottingham Trent
iQ PRESTON - Kopa
I like living in iQ Kopa as it gives me everything I need and more. Its close to all my lectures, the rooms are big and clean, its got the best security and the social life is class. The staff are always friendly and will take care of any problem quickly and efficiently.
I'd would definitely recommend iQ Kopa to anyone!
Jack Banks, BA Sociology, UCLAN
I enjoy living at iQ Kopa because in my opinion it is the best student accommodation for UCLAN. It is good being able to go down to the hub and watch TV with friends or even meet new people in there. The flats are good as new and are in a really good condition and the furniture in the rooms is great too.
Unlike some other student accommodation, iQ Kopa’s en-suite bathroom facility is very clean and new.
The social events such as film night allows students who have not met yet to meet in the hub. It is a great way to meet new friends and catch up on films!
Living at Kopa is brilliant - No.1 Student accommodation in Preston.
James Hands, Forensic Science, UCLAN
Very welcoming staff and facilities; beautiful and securely located courtyard; well designed communal area, (with Sky television) and laundry room. Friendly and approachable staff that are always willing to help. All in all a perfect place to live. Oh, and also the microwaves have a pizza button! That's right, pizza at the touch of a button, who'd have thought it hey, madness!
Jamie Christopherson, Film Production and Film & TV Screenwriting, UCLAN
I’ve been in Preston only a few months and I love living in iQ Kopa. My room is plenty big enough for all my needs as a student and having my own en-suite bathroom is a huge benefit. The shared kitchen and living area is bright and spacious, perfect for relaxing and socialising with your flat-mates and friends. In particular I enjoy the fact that iQ Kopa is situated in a great location, 5 minutes from the town centre and the uni buildings. All the staff are really friendly here and any problems I have encountered have been solved quickly and easily. Overall, I would definitely recommend iQ Kopa to other students because I enjoy living here so much.
Kayleigh Brown, Psychology & Pharmacology, UCLAN
iQ SALFORD - Student Quarter
Jessica Millar, Media Performance, Salford Uni
It’s my third year in the iQ Student Quarter. It’s my house in England, it’s a really good and beautiful place to live in. The staff are understanding and helpful, simply it’s the best place to live in Salford. It’s close to the university and to the shops (Spar & Subway), very fast internet and we have washing machines on site with a Sky TV room and most importantly its well secured 24/7.
Yazan Ghanem, Computer Networks, Salford Uni
iQ SHEFFIELD - Steel
One of the great things about living in iQ Steel Sheffield is the LOCATION! It is just off West Street which is convenient both socially and for university. Tesco is just 10 seconds away, and walking into town is just under a minute. It is centrally located so you would never even have to take a bus!
Sarru Sivanesan, Medicine, University of Sheffield
I’m living at IQ Steel this year and it’s great! It’s so close to all the amenities including Tesco! The building looks really good, and what I like best is the fact that it doesn’t feel like you’re living in student digs but an apartment. The bedrooms are really good sizes with lots of storage space, including a bigger than normal wardrobe which is pretty useful for all my clothes!
Other than it being in a great location, the staff working there are really helpful too. There are laundry facilities on site and also a common room with a huge TV! All in all, I would recommend to others that iQ is the place to be, especially for students of any year and studying whatever course, the mix of people you get living in iQ is great!”
Sharan Sahota, Medicine, University of Sheffield
